The Greek Kitchen at the Western Montana Fair is more than a food booth — it’s a welcoming gathering where tradition, hospitality, and service meet. Volunteers, guided by faith and community, prepare family-tested favorites like spanakopita, souvlaki, and baklava with fresh ingredients.
